Signage to the reception at the property could be clearer but it is a prominent building in the small village. "I had the whole property to myself as I stayed on a weekday night! It was kinda scary as I was the only guest and it’s a big room and property. It’s very clean and comfortable. However, the lights went off shortly after I went into the shower room. As I’m not tall, the sensor can’t detect my moving arms so I ended up showering in the dark. I would recommend staying here when it’s slightly busy. "

"Loved the attention to detail. From freshly brewed iced tea and cookies at check-in to sparkling wine and personal note in our accommodation - it was outstanding. And the breakfast was amazing - every fruit you could think of and so many healthy choices. Beautiful grounds very well maintained."

"This was my second stay in this hotel, having stayed here previously back in 2018. Rooms were still as clean, and beds comfortable, as before. My latest stay was two nights in a family room (3 single beds). Breakfast spread was simple yet fulfilling. Staff were also friendly and helpful. But what’s most important was the hotel is within a short 5-10mins walking distance to the Sanctuary. It also had free parking near the entrance and in a garage. "
