“Not sure how this is even classed as a 4*. Rooms closer to a barrack.. doesn’t have shampoo and hair conditioner or body wash so bring your own as they only have a weird water-activated hand soap. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet. “The stay was good. Rough start due to noise, you can hear everything in the hallways and roof, especially if you are a light sleeper. Top shower head had a little bit of mold, but there was an additional shower head that was clean. The B&B rooms and the main premises were very clean and the staff were exceptionally kind. This is a very affordable and safe place to stay.”
