Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Me cancelaron la reserva sin previo aviso , luego me dijeron que no trabajan con expedía después que no figuraba en su listado de reservas por último dijeron que estaban llenos mi reserva lo hice a comienzos de año y estuvo pagada desde el primer momento, quiero que me devuelvan el importe pagado hace seis meses. Una desconsideración brutal. He dormido en la calle con mi familia hasta el día siguiente que he retornado al Cusco comunicarme con algún asesor y u.
