“I feel sorry to say this but this hotel was the worse one in my whole life. My wife and myself arrived to the hotel after 9 hours long driving. So our check-in was in late night nearly 11pm. When we got to a room we had to confront with two giant cockroaches when we badly longed for good rest and good sleep. One of them was found crawling on a pillow. We rang to a reception and were moved to other room(called a corner spa room). The staff member said they do pest control regulary but can't help...
