"Had to wait for an hour to find parking. No elevator was working. We had to carry heavy luggage upstairs and downstairs by ourself. Average rooms. Not happy at all"

"We stayed two nights, It was a great location, quiet, away from the maddening crowd and with exceptional staff and service. Luisa made us quite welcome and introduced us to our room and facilities. "The property is so open and vast — looks industrial from afar but super cozy and intimate once inside. The spa is great— awesome rooftop (hopefully they are getting the spa tub fixed on the roof to work as well as the one down below!).. room balconies make the rooms romantic and spacious!
