"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve experienced! The staff were amazing! I had told them that we were staying for my wife’s birthday. They actually took the time to put together a small gift bag with a hand written birthday card and put it in our room. They also gave us an awesome view of dodger stadium when we told them that we were going to the dodger game. The hotel was very modern, clean, and safe. Everyone there, the valet, front desk and concierge, and security, were very kind...

"Clean room. My friend and I are older so the heater worked very well. I will definitely stay there again. Close to The Union Station in LA. Their homemade bread was to die for. We had their breakfast breads with coffee and there are a lot of small restaurants around the hotel. Nice!"

Breakfast included was a bonus. Free access to gym. Rooms with small living room and kitchen were excellent meaning a separate space to relax after a long day sightseeing. "it's a grande dame that needs some resources to make it great again. front desk staffing is too thin causing very long lines. our room was pleasant in an old world kinda way. breakfast was passable but boring- think costco mini muffins. best deal in the dtla area though. "
