"We were on a bit of a road trip in France and had decided to spend a couple of days in Normandy after coming off the ferry. Easy to find and well located for the WW2 historical sites in the area. The hotel is lovely and the hosts could not be more accommodating (e.g. we got an early checkin). The breakfasts were excellent and we had an evening meal there as well - again excellent. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom with a separate toilet."

"The couple that ran the hotel were so kind and shared lots of information about the area. We felt welcome and really appreciated our stay. The breakfast was good and there was a bar open in the evening, we were able to sit out on the terrace in the evenings. It was close enough to beaches and to Bayeux. Would highly recommend."

The Chateau is situated in the countryside just 2 miles from the beautiful town of Bayeux. Perfect location for nice walks and for touring the D-Day sites. Note: it’s a 15 euro trip to/from Bayeux.
