Beautiful tented lodge in a wonderful area.

Beautiful tented lodge in a wonderful area. Unfortunately we arrived on a weekend when many families with children are there. So it was the loudest dinner and evening we had in Namibia. That was not what we expected in this quiet nature. All the place was occupied by children playing around. The food was not very good. But nevertheless we enjoyed the location and our stay. Next time we will come on a week day!

Wonderful stop over en route to Etosha

What a lovely stop over on the long drive from Soussusvlei up to Etosha. Whilst there isn’t the same game experience at Erongo, walking in the volcanic rocks in the area (for a small fee as it’s guided) and enjoying the magnificent sunset and sunrises in this reserve is very enjoyable. It would have helped to be given more detail, and follow up on the walks available and the organisation/booking on arrival. We also weren’t given an explanation of the facilities or where everything was at the lodge (or a WiFi code). This break down in communication was the only thing that let this place down. The food, service at the restaurant excellent, & the guide, tented rooms and the pool area were all lovely.

Im zelthaus 4 kein Safe und kein Kuehlschrank, Abdunklung durch Stoffbahnen unzureichend, Fruehstueck sehr reduziert, keine Marmelade, Tostbrot kaum zu nutzen Tosten kaum moeglich, kein anderes Brot.

This place is an oasis! Surrounded by amazing rock formations, the tented cabins are all built into the side of giant boulders. Great views from your private deck. The restaurant is place on another rocky prominance, the food and drink very good. The staff was so nice and helpful. We took the sunset nature drive which was very pleasant and our driver very knowledgeable. There is a good amount of birdlife and other non dangerous wildlife, so it is safe to walk the trails in the area. Spectacular sunset! This is definitely on our places to visit again.
