Estimado Norlyn,Lamentamos sinceramente que no hayamos cumplido con sus expectativas durante su visita. Queremos agradecerle por tomarse el tiempo para proporcionarnos sus comentarios, ya que son esenciales para mejorar nuestros servicios.Respecto a su experiencia, estamos conscientes de que en la noche del martes llevamos las alitas y el churrasco al área de juegos, que está cerca de su habitación, junto con su pedido de papas. Además, en la piscina, nos aseguramos de atender sus necesidades con 4 Long Islands y varios cubetazos de cervezas, y mucho después del horario del restaurante, esa misma noche con dos te de manzanillas. Al día siguiente, miércoles 18 de octubre entregamos de dos desayunos en esa misma área. Queremos destacar que Karla nuestra compañera de servicio en el restaurante se encargó de servirles el almuerzo en su habitación número 2 durante el mediodía. del miércoles 18 de octubre. También, Bessy y Emilia se esforzaron por estar disponibles y preguntaron en varias ocasiones si deseaban realizar algún pedido adicional en el área de juegos.Lamentamos profundamente cualquier inconveniente que haya experimentado durante su estancia con nosotros. Hi Erma! I'm so sorry for your experience. There is electricity problem in the zone, but we do have our power plant as a back up. We do have plenty of water provided by Rawacala Park, we would like to know what issues you had with the water. And, unfortunately, we do not allow beverages or food from outside our premises since we do offer them in our restaurant. Hope this clears any doubts you have.
