“전체적으로 괜찮았음. 서비스 훌륭함. ”

“This small hotel was delightful. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view of the town and have some cool fresh air. I mustn't forget to mention the food! It was prepared freshly and so delicious. The dahl became my addiction but everything was so good. ❤️”

“A bit rough and rugged. Staff were helpful with tours etc. Ordered food from the hotel and it took over an hour to come and wasn’t hot. Location not great, need to get tuktuk most places as no uber. Wasn’t the most comfortable place. ”

“Breakfast was really fresh and staff were very friendly and great hospitality ”

Such delays are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The checkout experience was equally frustrating. I waited for around 40 minutes for someone to collect our...

“The staff was good, the place was good, all the other things were good, but the Thalassery restaurant had fewer people in the staff; the staff member who was taking the order was the one who was preparing it. I think he might be getting a salary for waiter and chef both! Therefore, the wait for breakfast doubled; it took an hour for the order to come to the table. Also, one thing is that the restaurant is inside the hotel, and breakfast starts at 8.30 am not sharp.”

“OMG..It was terrible experience in this hotel. They didnt have any good service at all. there wasnt refrigiater in each room.Never go this hotel again...”
