We are sorry you did not see that linen is not provided in the standard cabin you booked. It is clearly stated on the website you booked from. Additionally, our photos show beds without top sheets and blankets. This to reduce the cost for people and is quite standard for cabins in holiday parks. Our cabins have been full most days this month and all the other guests have brought their own linen.Neither our cleaners nor the other guests who stayed in the cabin had mentioned an unpleasant smell. It couldn’t be urine as the cabin does not have a toilet. We have changed the inside floor mat as it had got wet and was a little smelly - maybe it was that?It was unfortunate and rare that there was a rowdy car on the beach that night but it did leave around 8pm. We had taken photographs of it, along with the car registration, and reported this to the police.It’s a pity you didn’t address things directly with us as we would like to have clarified your concerns immediately.

Thank you for your review. We say we're right by the beach not on the beach which is true. The campground is the only thing down on opunake beach. There is the campground, then the road, the sand dunes and then the beach.
