Somehow I thought the reviews of the property were not that great, but when we arrived the lodge exceeded our expectations. The main area is beautifully decorated and the individual rooms have sufficient privacy and are well equipped.

Unique accommodation near the tribe villages and not too far from Epupa falls (about 3h by car). Pleasant infinity pool where it’s possible to admire sunset while drinking a fresh drink. Cosy wide room with comfortable bed, coffee maker and fridge. Professional massage service at the SPA.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are separate from the main building, some further than others. The room was spacious and clean with nice decor and style. Beds were very comfortable Setting is beautiful, with a lovely view of the mountains and sunset. Nice infinity swimming pool. There were a few things that didn't seem in keeping with the price of the hotel. There was no matress protector or pillow covers. No separate bath and shower toiletries were provided. The portions in the restaurant were very variable, some being quite small, and breakfast could have been more varied with cakes or pastries. WiFi was good but only available in the main building and not the rooms.

Lodge sulla cima di una collina che domina Opowuo. Si vede che il posto è datato ma la gentilezza e le attenzioni sono elevate. Ottima colazione, nell’insieme consigliato.

Oasis

Wonderful. Super friendly staff. The lodge was an oasis from the heat of town. The rooms are clean, well equipped. A great place to rest your bones after the long, hard travel requires to get to Opuwo. Amazing view of the valley to the west

Once a gem, today not really taken care of

Nice lodge but needs some renovation and a Serious clean up. Room was dusty and simply not clean. Breakfast was very good. WiFi not Working (although it is announced as available) and swimming pool very cold !

Fantastic view from the top of the hill. Excellent quality and practically the only one hotel in the area of super comfort.

Breath taking infinity pool

Everything was perfect. Room was nice, clean and comfortable, staff was lovely. Best part is the infinity pool with a breathtaking view on the mountains. Minor negative: excursion and food prices were more expensive than in other lodges.

dårligt og sure personale,

Da vi ankom til lodgen, var vi slet ikke på,deres liste- der blev diskuteret frem og tilbage og endelig fik vi to værelser længst nede. Der var beskidt op ad vægene, manglede lampeskærme på lamperne ved spejlet. Bundproppen i badeværelset manglede. Der var huller i væggen der hvor muskitonettet skulle være. Og det kalder de for luxus twinrooms.😡😡

Se potete evitate Opuwo, è la città più brutta della Namibia, se proprio non potete farne a meno pernottate all'Opuwo Country Hotel, la struttura è molto bella ed in posizione panoramica, cibo buono. Pecca sul personale, ho chiesto alla reception un adattatore per la corrente mi hanno chiesto una cauzione di 50 dollari namibiani (3 euro...), non avendoli dietro ho chiesto se me lo poteva dare lo stesso segandosi il numero della stanza poi glieli portavo, non me l'hanno dato e mi hanno costretto a tornare in stanza (che comunque non era vicinissima) a prendere i soldi

Beau cadre extérieur vue sur les montagnes , accueil sympa boisson fraiche +lingette . Intérieur restaurant petite boutique forme de hutte ; Chambre bien mais le tapis devant le lit pas top sale , manque de nettoyage .. Salle de bain bien ; Repas bon , petit déjeuner très simple et manque beaucoup de chose si vous arrivez plus tard .Par contre très calme malgré le monde .
