Good location

Room seems to have had recent refurbishment and was clean and comfortable, though not large. Common areas a bit characterless and hotel needs some sort of lounge / bar area in which to relax. Staff helpful and pleasant . Restaurant food on the whole was very good although my steak was the toughest I’ve had in a long time!

Chambre petite, mais ok. Salle de bain ok. Par contre lit pas terrible (il était un peu en V) et oreiller horrible. Très chaud dans la chambre, pas de clim. Difficile de bien dormir du coup. Petit déjeuner sympa. Rapport qualité prix très moyen.

L'hôtel les Hirondelles est d'un grand calme, d'une grande propreté et l'accueil y est très chaleureux ! Nous avons pu profiter de notre lit douillet plus longtemps car nous n'avons pas été réveillés par le bruit des autres clients tôt le matin. C'est très appréciable et nous l'avons largement savouré ! Bien sûr, le mois de novembre est moins touristique qu'en plein été mais le bruit aurait pu être très dérangeant tout de même. Nous avons également été très satisfaits de notre repas du soir au restaurant de l'hôtel. Une belle ambiance feutrée pour savourer une belle carte. Un grand merci au personnel pour leur gentillesse et leurs sourires chaleureux. Nous recommandons l'hôtel des hirondelles sans hésitation ! En plus l'établissement est idéalement situé, proche des lieux touristiques à ne pas manquer !

Très bien placé pour aller au puy de dôme. Parking facile. Accueil très sympathique Grande chambre. Propre. Matelas confortable Hôtel sécurisé le soir. Petit déjeuner très bien fourni. Excellente viennoiserie et bon restaurant

Nous avons apprecié le confort, l'accueil et la propreté de l'hôtel. Un bémol cependant sur la restauration du soir. Nous avons dû patienter 1h30 avant de pouvoir manger et qui plus est le vin était médiocre.

Très bonne adresse avec un restaurant agréable, très bien situé pour les amateurs de randonnées et de balades. En période de très forte chaleur nous aurions apprécié une chambre climatisée pour un confort maximal.
