"STAY AWAY from this Hotel. I stayed here on 1st Jan with my family . We booked a Triple Occupancy ( 3 adults and 1 Kid ) Room. I checked in around 3PM and requested extra bed as per our booking. They never provided an extra bed. I went to the reception 3 times and the receptionist was keep saying that he will send someone but it never happened , we all slept in one bed. "The deluxe suite was spacious and spotless. I wasn’t expecting the veranda but this was a bonus and we enjoyed our evening tea. Food in general is delicious. The breakfast service is excellent. The dinner service is slow and a bit mismanaged."
