Cleaning of our room was exceptional. In the restaurant the service was mixed with Irina and Mariano being absolutely excellent, while some of the others need improvement. All in all the hotel was great and I would definitely recommend it.

I don’t understand how this hotel is so highly ranked it’s very nice looking from the outside but the inside is a lot to be desired. Very 80s looking foyer reception area. The staff where lovely but for time the breakfast looked like slop even though it was free for my room I just had a coffee

Bra hotell precis vid stranden. Har allt man behöver för en strandsemester, maten är lite sådär men inget större problem enligt mig. Nära till flera andra stränder. Tänk på att kvaliteten på taxi i hela området nära torrevieja kan vara dålig och man kan bli tvungen att vänta en hel del.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are fresh, clean and tidy, air con is superb and some great sea views from the balcony. Wi-Fi a bit hit and miss but that's life. Food was very good especially the evening meal with lots and lots of choice. Will definitely stay again!

Located directly on the water with family-friendly beaches on either side. Our room was spacious, the air- conditioning was excellent and the private balcony afforded a stunning view. Buffet meals offered a wide array of food choices. One annoyance was the extra charge for water. It was not included in the buffet price and we thought it should have been

Ok hotell med det mesta på pappret men skränigt och skramligt. Saknar helt mysfaktor. Poolområdet var väl det bästa på stället. Vacker utsikt från rummet och poolområdet. En britt-fälla med mestadels äldre britter som drack mer öl än de klarade hantera. Inget för svenskar som vill ha det lite gött och loungeigt.

Buena estancia

Nos ha parecido un hotel muy bien cuidado. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno muy variado y de calidad. Eso sí, deberían buscar otro sistema de cierre de puertas, porque a las 7 de la mañana ya empiezan a sonar golpes por todo el pasillo y el descanso se hace difícil. La única pega por mi parte es por una de las personas de recepción que nos hizo esperar un buen rato porque no encontraba nuestra reserva.
