Not a new hotel, but rooms and hallways are cleaned daily and it feels fresh. A lot of amenities, great for families with kids, great location, love the city walk.

We found the resort very clean overall. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The shuttle buses were great.

Great amenities, view of volcano bay, food choices were great! Staff was accommodating and helpful! Room decor was on point and beds were comfortable! Will stay again. Complimentary transportation and early entry were wonderdul added bonuses!

Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean! Our room faced the beautiful pool which we loved! We even got to watch the firework/lightshow over universal from our beds! It was perfect.

Great hotel near Volcano Bay. Has a lot to offer and big rooms. the ground floor includes a diner and other stores. The hotel is spacious and has shuttles to the theme parks.
