"This is our third time staying there and each time we stay there we never have any issues rooms, clean properties clean. I had any suggestion to give to them. I would stay more focussed on the breakfast in the morning because that gets a little chaotic because nobody knows where to stand or where the line starts I mean. In the staff are always in the back so they need one extra person to stay out front to organize everything but all in all everything was great."

"We were a little shocked that this place was considered a luxury hotel, it is more like a 3 star hotel. It was very dated, the entrance was in need of repairs, definitely needs some maintenance inside and outside. It may have been a luxury hotel when it first opened. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very dated, definitely needed repairs. The pillows were so small! The breakfast was good, bagels, toast,pastries, eggs , juices and the coffee was fresh. It was a bit far from the casino, it would be nice if the casino still offered shuttles."
