"The room we originally got had a malfunctioning AC unit so they moved us to another room, which we appreciated. However, the building must be older as we clearly heard people walking in the room above us. and the design of the bathroom door meant it hit the room door if it were in a particular position. Also, the water in the bathroom came out slowly. Breakfast was good, and so was the soup supper offered Sunday thru Thursday."

"I use this hotel when I have appointments at Mayo. It is so convenient with the subway level. Everything is connected. Hotel room is nice. Parking is a little hard. We use their parking lot and pay the $15. The complimentary breakfast has a great variety of items to choose from."
