"There was a dirty towel in the balcony when we checked it. The tiles had just been mopped so it was wet and by the time we walked in, there was dirt everywhere. There is no daily room service and the towels are filth. I arranged a bedroom for 3 people and receptionist advised that they would arrange someone to organise a sofa bed and no one attended to arrange the bed and I slept on the lounge for the entire 3 nights with no assistance anywhere to be found. "We had a very nice stay at the Otel Berg, and owner and family and manager all made us very welcome and were so friendly. I knocked a star off for cleanliness just because toothbrush holder in bathroom was very dirty at the bottom and there was a used razor in our bathroom. For the money we paid were happy and would return. Breakfast was very good "
