When staying at this location ensure you insert the correct Apa because there are many APAs in the area, one has a similar name to this one. Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the noise. Room was right next to an open balcony, so we could hear traffic from outside all day/night due to very thin walls. Overall stay was good but would not stay at this location again.

Windows open which good. Very noisy. Not quite
close enough to city centre for us.Surpisingly good storage for the size of the room
I stayed for 11 nights. The double bed takes up most of the room, so there isn't much room to move around. It helps a lot that you can store your bags under the bed. It's very clean and new, with everything you need. There are lots of restaurants and shopping just steps away, but I especially appreciated the convenience to the train station.I didn't hear any noise from traffic or other guests. They clean the room and change the sheets every 3 days, but hang an amenity bag on a hook with clean towels, coffee, etc every day. The staff is polite and helpful. Check out time is extendable, but they will charge you 1,000 yen for every hour after 10am. I would stay there again.
My reservation shows the fees which is $75 each night but hotel charge me $145 per night.
It was double from my reservation.
And it was the smallest room that I ever stayed.
Even no closet.
this was the only place we stayed at which had a TV that allowed screen-sharing from your mobile device - which is not a big deal but ALL the rooms in all places we stayed had a TV, which is completely and utterly uninteresting to an international traveller - UNLESS it allows you to view content from your phone... everything else was pretty standard, including a shower/bathroom which was not completely tiny
