The hotel is large and beautiful with good food options. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet which had both western and Japanese cuisine. Rooms were small as expected in a standard room but value for money. Centrally located near transport, shops and restaurants. I would recommend the hotel if visiting Osaka.

Easily my favourite hotel I’ve stayed at. Very friendly staff who greeted me and helped me check in. My room was perfect; clean, just big enough to be compact yet comfortable, and great wifi. My favourite features of this hotel has to be the public baths with the convenience store and washer/dryers all on the same floor. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Great place near to the Osaka station and has a quick 10 min walk from the station to the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly and they allow to store the luggage free of charge the check-in and check-out day. We availed of that facility which was really helpful as we arrived around 10 AM the day of check-in allowing us to do things without dragging our luggages around.

room is clean easy check in / check out location is good, close to restaurant the JR station hot spring hours are long, it close at 1pm it has 24 hours Lawson inside the hotel

Rooms and bathrooms are very small. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Staff were helpful, but their english is very limited. To use the pool on the rooftop you need to pay in advance and there is no mention to that part before or during reservation. Localization is good is closer to main shopping malls and subway stations.

Excellent location near Osaka Station. Rooms are small but that's the standard japanese hotel size. The sento on the 4th floor is amazing, especially after a whole day out. It can get a tad crowded, but you can check the status on the tv in each room. There is a dedicated Lawson also on the same floor. The only, maybe big, downside is that you can only change floors through the elevators and they are ALWAYS crowded and busy, so it may take up to 10 min just to go up/down even just 3 floors. Still, we had a great time and I'd book it again.

This hotel is close to two shrines, has a food market right around the corner, a roof top pool, laundry, 3 restaurants, and a convenience store.
