Room was small but clean and updated. Nice to have the window open slighly to let in fresh air. Front desk staff were great, nice to be able to store our luggage after checkout at the hotel. Also used the luggage forwarding service from the hotel to the next and it was seamless and easy.

Every day housekeeping offered to clean my room. The staff were friendly and kind. Although the room was small and I wish I had enough space to walk around, I would stay here again as its a great location to shops and some tasty food restaurants.

Great location in Shinsaibashi. Loved the adjoining rooms - small but very good noise insulation. Staff was very nice and English-friendly. Only very minor issue was that they called us quite a few times for various reasons (e.g., forgot if we paid the tourist tax) but again very minor.

The hotel is two minutes away from the subway. There is a seven eleven store. You walk straight from the hotel you’ll reach the shishaibashi. The few minutes walk to dotonbori. Staff were friendly.. Room were tiny, bring hand carry luggaged. My only complained was I have to pay additional for my sister even shes my guest, other hotel theres no additional for a guest.
