High quality spa and sauna. No noise at night. Comfy bed. Full amenities for free including lotion, razors, toothbrush/toothpaste. A must visit if solo traveling (and no tattoos).
A good capsule hotel with an excellent Spa Area.
Honestly the Spa Area alone makes it already worth it.
There are some spots here and there that could be cleaned but as a capsule hotel, its in pretty good shape.
Only bothersome part is needing to check out each day at 10am for consecutive stays for cleaning, but it's also not the worst and can be ignored if for a big premium that is.
I stayed in deluxe capsule room. It provides bit more privacy and comfort than regular capsules. It's not much more expensive than regular capsules. It was interesting experience for me as all the baths and toilets are shared. Overall, it was comfortable enough for the price, as it was 1/3 of the price of regular hotels. The location is phenomenal, literally minutes away for Dotonbori main area.
Located close to the downtown area, it offers convenient access to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. A 24-hour public bathhouse is available, and quality amenities are provided for your convenience.
They make you checkout at 10am and come back at 3pm for checking in again which is annoying but the big onsen area I think is worth it

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Lines to check-in/out were often longer than expected and rooms weren’t too clean (dust, hair) but its overall cheap so It’s fair to say that I got what I paid.
This accommodation is more for male customers. For female customers, only a few rooms are available and every day have to check out doesn’t matter how many nice you wanna leave it in there
Good experience. Suggestions : Use the No disturb system means no check out at 10:00 am. The guest is responsible for the daily clean or not. The time zone, the hourly decallage of some guest may need more sleep and it's very hard to wake up at 10:00 am. It looks a punishment.
Discriminated against for having tattoos and not allowed to bathe. The manger promised me a refund but was dishonest and only provided half of the money back in return
