We wanted to experience a night in a more “local” feeling way, outside a typical tourist hotel accommodation so this property provided us that. It was clean and we appreciated that it offered the kitchen and laundry facilities even though we ended up not using them. The plastic bathroom vanity was cracked and taped which wasn’t aesthetically pleasing but didn’t impact its function. The upholstered bench seat looked saggy so we didn’t chance sitting on it in case it was broken. And we would strongly recommend new pillows. We all sleep with some of our clothes inside the pillow cases to make pillows taller and softer. The area wasn’t so quiet at night with traffic sounds throughout but we didn’t mind this. The location was great for walking and we found a great luggage storage place around the corner for after we checked out and were leaving Osaka later.

Super close to Dontonbori if you are walking! AC worked well and the room was nice. Exactly what you expect when booking it, it is an apartment style place. It can get pretty noisy but earplugs are provided to sleep!

Location is good, close to busy areas and city center, also to metro stations and grocery stores. Communication with the team online was good. Instructions were clear since day 1 via email as well in the apartment. Apartment was big and spacious, has kitchen utensils, good shower. However my friend and I were a bit disappointed as our apartment was a bit smelly during all stay and cleaning could have been a bit more before our arrival. We have observed similar reviews pointing out the same, I guess it might be the same room or apartment for all, there might be more premium ones.

For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get.

Had three adults and two toddlers stay here for 5 nights. The place was larger than a regular hotel room but there is absolutely no storage space so it actually made it more difficult because we would have to keep opening our luggage. Also its right next to a highway and it was extremely loud for us. They provided ear plugs but toddlers cant wear ear plugs. It was walkable distance to the main dotonburi neighborhood. About 15 min walk so that was nice. Family mart right across the street for easy snacks. They say they only provide bedding for the adults which was fine but i thoight they would at least give us pillows for the kids, but they only provided 3 pillows so two adults ended up using jackets as pillows. Also the beds were super uncomfortanle.

Very spacious place! It was just my brother and I at the time but you could easily fit a family of 4 comfortably in the room! Had a weird smell when we checked into our room initially but wore off after opening the window for a couple of hours. I don't know if this is a normal thing but their gas tank would shut off after 10 mins which meant we only had hot water for 10 mins if we were to shower. The area wasnt too bad, 10 min walk to the closest train station, there is a river and bridge behind the building so it could get quite loud at night sometimes. Washing machine made loud noises while it was running but it was still okay to use. Overall, would definitely stay here again just due to the space and privacy (no front desk, no staff, not bothered)! The host was also nice enough to leave us a binder with all the information needed for our stay and also some coupons for some attractions around the area! Not too far from Dotonburi area (easily walkable)

okay experience

The room setup was convenient, with two beds, one tatami, and two sofa beds, offering great options for larger parties wanting to stay together. However, I noticed that the tatami bed and duvet wasn’t very clean. Since we were a group of three, we only used the two beds and placed the tatami on the sofa bed instead of the floor, as we were concerned about the cleanliness of the floor mat. Additionally, there were some visible dirty spots on the tatami mattress and the duvet, and unfortunately, no extra bed sheet or duvet cover was provided for it. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable using it directly. I strongly recommend providing proper bedding for the tatami set to cover any stains and ensure a more hygienic experience. location is okay, need a few walk to the subway and food street. That said, other amenities like the microwave and fridge were great and much appreciated!

We stayed on the 7th floor and it had a huge Patio for hanging out with some bears. Hanger to dry your cloths outside after a wash from the in unit washing machine. Therr is a family mart and 3 really good restaurants foot steps away. And if you are a car enthusiast, if you step out the from door of your unit, you can see the Hanshin Expressway. Hopefully you can catch some cool cars!

Very fast response regarding questions about the property. The room was very clean when we moved in. The toilet for us was just a bit small but that might just be us since we are bigger than average and not used to not having a vent inside, so it does get really hot. Washing machine is in the room so you can do your laundry while you go out. Kitchen comes with all that you need. They also give you complimentary slippers and tolietries. Walking distance to Dotonbori. Family Mart across the street and a 24 hr grocery down the other side. Highly recommend.
