It was a fun stay because of the dinosaur robots you get to interact with upon checking in and out. The hotel was in a very convenient location and it was easy for us to access the subway and shop around the area. We also enjoyed the free breakfast they offered.

Our stay at this hotel for 2 nights was excellent. Location is top notch being close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade. Room was clean. AC and elevators worked properly. Complementary breakfast were very good with soft drink dispensers operating to the late night to satisfy the thirst. Will stay again next time in Osaka

Great location. Rooms were decently sized but the breakfast area is a bit sqeezed. Robot check in experience was interesting and good. Apart from some construction going on just opposite the building, everything was great.

We loved our stay here, it was a perfect location to get to everything we wanted to see in the area and so close to the train as well. We were initially worried about the check in process but it went smoothly and staff were there to help with any questions. They had a great snack/drink spread that was available most of the day and the room was small but had everything we needed for our stay.

Close to Shinsaibashisuji shops and station

Excellent location. Close to public transport and about 50 metres from Shinsaibashisuji Shopping Street. Room was small but comfortable. Stored our luggage on the last day. Had a great time.

The bed is too soft but the room still comfortable. And the location is really excellent!!! Exit of North 9 and North 7 are the nearest elevator. Lobby supply snack and drink, maybe someone spoiled the coke so it is a little sticky.

What an experience! Wo much fun being checked in with the dinosaurs and they dress in theme for the holidays. If you do need a human easy to make contact with a phone avaiable in the lobby with a fast response time. Able to store luggage if you arrive before checkin. Checkin is prompt no early checkin. Great part of this hotel is the snacks throughtout the day. Breakfast is inculded but so are late night drinks before you hit the town. Staff was fanatstic and kept everything clean. Highly recommend for a fun time.

Novelty check in, convenient location

Convenient location, novelty welcome and perfect sized room for what we needed. No frills, somewhere clean and comfortable to stay in proximity to the main attactions in osaka. We had checked in advance re the luggage shunt service and were told we could arrange it. This didnt appear to be an option and we were instead sent to the shop to arrange at namba station - easy enough but meant moving suitcases about.

The property was very well located close to public transport and lots of shopping options as well as restaurants. The breakfast advertised that was included with our reservation was definitely not a continental breakfast. There were not very many options for people who did not eat sushi for breakfast. Other than that the facilities were very clean and very well located.
