Great and quiet location near the station. The staff were always very polite and helpful during our stay. Rooms were tastefully designed. Parents quite enjoyed this boutique hotel as well. Overall great start to our Japan trip

It is a great boutique hotel in a good neighborhood. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. It is two stops aeay from Dotonbori (center shopping and restaurants). I will stay here again next time I am in Osaka.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was located in a great spot and super modern. The beds were incredibly soft which was a welcome change from the hard beds we had experienced throughout Japan. This hotel was easily our favourite from our entire trip! Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Osaka.

Very nice, quiet, modern hotel. The rooms are a nice size with comfortable sheets, pillows, beds, and pajamas. This feels like a Marriott brand hotel with Netflix on tv, nice sit down breakfast, and friendly staff. Glad we found it !

Cool Osaka Hotel

Cool Osaka hotel with all the nicest of amenities. Rooms were spacious compared to other Japan hotels and they offered nice views of downtown Osaka. We felt very comfortable at this hotel.

Currently my favorite place to stay when I visit Osaka! Rooms are always clean and spacious. They really take care of everything for you there. The amenities even include pajamas to wear! There's also free soda water in the lobby. Will always consider this hotel when I'm in Osaka.

The Shower is Wonderful but really soft bed

The room is as expectedly small because this is Japan. The shower is wonderful. I love its facility very much. However, the bed is too soft which I did not adjust well and thus affect sleeping quality.

The location is convenient, easily reachable from the train stations. Modern and new interior of both the shared facilities and the room. The room was very clean. The mattress on the bed was extremely soft and not very confortable, although this could be a personal preference only. The breakfast was okayish, but limited to a single meal (free choice from 4 options) and a little bowl of joghurt and fruits.
