Got a junior sweet for 3 adults and a child, we were happy that it was spacey. It’s very convenient location, near the station, one station away from Osaka, many restaurants around but one thing you need to be aware of is there is nearby adult drinking district.

Staff was excellent. Always helpful. Room was clean. Surrounding area full of shopping and train station a few minutes away. Family Mart around the corner. We extended our stay. This property is just right and recommended. Ms. Miyuki at front desk is always helpful. She is fluent in both Japanese and English. Cleaning staff very polite and helpful.

Disliked: Amenities
I was not comfortable with the area, the hotel room, or even the hallways, which were very dark. The room was also not spacious enough for a family of four. The staff was not welcoming — the front desk barely acknowledged guests and was not friendly at all. What really surprised me was that room cleaning was only offered on certain days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), and if you wanted your room cleaned outside of those days, you had to pay extra. I found that ridiculous and very disappointing. Overall, the experience did not feel comfortable or welcoming.
