Wonderful experience

We arrived much later than expected but we were greeting by a friendly overnight staff that helped us check in with no problems. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also a great location. Easy to get to everything from here as a centralized train station is very close. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall the hotel is fine but it could stand to equip each apartment with a bit more cutlery and upgrade the stoves. In the morning when making breakfast the apartment often smelled of gas because igniting the stove was difficulty possibly because it was old. Otherwise the hotel is great, comfortable beds and pillows, clean, and convenient to train and food! I would RECOMMEND for families esp. because the rooms are spacious.

The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life: Dirty, Unco

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. I originally planned to stay for 15 days, but I had to leave after the first night due to the appalling conditions. The hotel felt like something out of Prison Break—extremely strange and uncomfortable. I contacted the Hotéis.com chat several times, begging them to cancel the rest of my reservation because it was impossible to stay there. Everything in the hotel was dirty. The air conditioner, in particular, was disgusting and visibly unclean, which triggered my allergies within the first two hours. When I asked for an extra pillow, the receptionist told me there were none available and suggested I use towels under my existing pillow instead. On top of that, the location was terrible—nothing was open nearby, and everything was far away, making access to basic necessities very difficult. To make matters worse, the hotel had an awful smell. It was, without a doubt, the worst night of my life.

El personal de la recepción es en extremo amable y atento. Aunque teníamos dificultades con el idioma fueron tan pacientes cosa que agradezco mucho. La habitación cuenta con microondas, parrilla eléctrica, cafetera tarpa para lavado de trastes. Son habitaciones pequeñas con techos bajos pero muy cómodas muy agradables un pequeño balcón sin vistas agradables que más bien se utiliza para tendido de ropa. El hotel no cuenta con servicio de personal de limpieza en las habitaciones. En la planta baja hay un área de lavandería y secado, ahí mismo hay un recipiente para depositar las toallas sucias y uno desea cambiarlas puede tomar toallas limpias que haya disposición en ese mismo área. Al fondo de la recepción hay una máquina que expende bebidas, y hay un área para recibir pedidos de comida en línea. También hay un cuarto para tirar las basuras que se generen en la habitación.

We arrived very early after a short trip from Kyoto and they let us into our room early. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette. That was the end of the good points. There were lots of issues. Where to begin! The hotel was old. Nothing had been updated in a long time. The hallway outside our room wasn't even completely indoors. It was unfinished with a concrete floor and looked worse than a university dorm hallway. There was always bags of cleaning stuff or something all over the hallways outside our room even though there wasn't any room cleaning. The windows were very old and cheap and there was NO soundproofing. We could hear normal conversations on the road outside from our 2nd floor room. Vehicles were very noisy as they passed. Fortunately it wasn't on a particularly busy street. There weren't enough towels ... only one set for each of us. And there was no toaster in the kitchen. But the staff did provide both a toaster and more towels immediately when we asked. All of the staff were very helpful and attentive. But everything in the room was lower quality. The towels were cheap. For dishes there were only two small plates and two bowls. The bathroom was veyr cramped and poorly designed. The only mirror in the unit was in the bathroom but there was no power outlet in the bathroom. The lights sometimes didn't come on for a while. The wife was often very weak.

Nous avons été déçus par cet hébergement, car il ne correspondait pas vraiment aux photos. La chambre présentait de la poussière et aucun service de ménage n’a été proposé durant nos 6 nuits. De plus, les machines à laver ne peuvent pas être verrouillées. L’ambiance du couloir rappelle celle d’un hôpital et nous avons également constaté de la moisissure dans la salle de bain.

3泊4日で家族で宿泊しました。 スタッフの皆さんは非常に親切で申し分なく良かったです。 建物自体が古いので、コスパを考えると大抵の事は許容範囲でしたが、配管の匂いなのか、水回りがとにかく臭くて辛かったです。 初日はそれほど気にならなったのですが、部屋に備え付けの洗濯機を使用した次の日から匂い始めた気がします。 最終日はかなりきつかったです。 一度配管を検査した方が良いかと思いました。 匂いがなくなれば、また利用したいです。

We just needed a 12 hour sleepover stay in Osaka after going to the world expo, and the price was amazing for this place with a small kitchen and enough beds to sleep six.
