Staying outside of the city means bigger rooms, but further away from activities, etc. the Grand Prince Ōsaka Bay takes care of that by providing a free shuttle service to the heart of Ōsaka doing pick ups and drop offs every 30 minutes right at Ōsaka station Eki Marché. It is also a stop for the airport limousine bus to Kansai International Airport. Be mindful that its first come first serve for that service and only 1800 yen.

One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at I would definitely recommend it to family and friends if they are looking for relaxation it’s a little far from downtown Osaka but no worries taxi or train was easily accessible loved it the food from breakfast to choices of restaurants for dinner was delicious

Clean and huge room. Do note that there is a shower cubicle in the toilet (aside from the bathtub), which was great as we were initially worried the elderly would need to climb in to take a shower. Breakfast was however not fantastic and not worth the money.

​5/5 Stars - An Absolute Oasis in Osaka! My family and I had an incredible stay at the Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay. After a busy trip exploring Japan, this was the perfect place to reset. The rooms are exceptionally spacious (a rare find in Japan!) and the views of the bay at sunset are breathtaking. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the service. The staff went above and beyond at every turn—from the seamless check-in to the helpful concierge who made our large group feel right at home. The free shuttle to Osaka Station made exploring easy, and the overall atmosphere is so peaceful. If you’re looking for a world-class resort experience with amazing hospitality, this is it!

I cannot give a bigger review of the ultimate luxury experience I had at this hotel. From premium features to such a welcoming and friendly ambience!!! Definitely the best hotel we stayed at in our Japan trip. All dining options throughout the hotel were Devine. Was pleasantly pleased by the provision of a free daily city shuttle bus.
