Very courteous and helpful staff. It's very close to a subway stop and walkable to the JR Osaka station and various stations around it. it's a budget hotel, so about par for the course, don't expect much more than that. However, when I booked it said it could sleep 3 (2 adults + a child) and that's not true. There's only a single double bed, so unless you're all very tiny, 2 is more realistic.

Hotel very well located, near Osaka station. Room was good size and clean. Ceiling of bathroom very low. At 5'10" my head could almost touch it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good at a reasonable price. Would stay there again.

It is an excellent and convenient hotel to stay at if you are on a budget (as the name implies), and it still looks like a semi-premier hotel on the inside. The breakfast included was also great. Although I understand the dedication to eco-friendliness, the fact they only do room service once every 3 days wasn't my cup of tea. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place to stay as it's also decently close of many train stations.

As the name suggests, the hotel is nothing fancy, but the location is great and the reception provides basic amenities which you can take as ypu need. The staff is amazing and helpful. Our biggest issue was getting a non-smoking room on a floor, often flooded with cigarette smell, which got into the room despite closed doors. They gave us a different room on another floor, which appeared to be overall in better shape and which we can't complain about. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear next door, but if you don't mind that, it's a great option to stay at.
