Booked room for World Expo and it was SO convenient! Just what my tired feet needed after a LONG day at the Expo. Also the Onsen/Spa was terrific! I went every night even though I was tired because it helped me relax and i felt so much better afterwards.

Didn’t have any breakfast there, but had the course meal at the first floor bar - it was delicious and great personal atmosphere. Walkability to train station was amazing, didn’t need to catch train to universal city if you don’t mind a small walk. Lawson & 711 convenience stores right outside was also great! Bath house spa option also wonderful. Massage area could be more private, no doors so sound carried through a lot and could hear lots of noise in what would’ve been a peaceful spa massage. Overall a wonderful experience & would stay again!

Oustanding staff! A special thank you for staff helping with train transportation at concierge. She was extremely kind, friendly, professional and guided us to excellent miso ramen shops in Kyoto and train information from Liber Hotel to Hiroo station in Tokyo. Our room was very clean and staff took pride and great care of us and the room. Front desk staff check in was smooth, professional. We highly recommend to other guests and look forward to a future stay at the Liber for a return visit!! Absolute perfection!

Staying at the Liber Osaka was a disappointing experience. The staff seemed continually on edge, overworked, and indifferent to hospitality. The hotel apparently has focused on large, commercially organized Chinese and Korean tour groups. We had to wait in line daily for the breakfast service with 60 people waiting in line for tables. When we could not get a table before breakfast closing time, they told us to re-purpose our breakfast meal ticket for a discount on dinner. However, that hindered our travel plans since we didn't want to rush back to the hotel for a buffet dinner and wait in line again. In the evening, it was necessary to wait in line for the only 2 microwaves in the hotel at 1F to warm meals. Requests, such as a late checkout, were denied and out of the question. Although an effort is made to organize the chaos, the atmosphere and energy at the Liber is one of tension and stress. After three weeks in Japan, we became accustomed to warm welcomes and helpful staff that treated us with great respect and courtesy. The Liber Osaka was an exception to that. We would search every other accommodation option before considering the Liber.

Perfekt wenn man sich ein wenig Geld einsparen möchte im Gegensatz zu den doch recht teuren Universalhotels. Das Personal war sehr freundlichen, das Zimmer war geräumig und der Aufenthalt ist nur 10 - 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Eingang der Universal Studios Osaka entfernt. Mit der Bahn, welche sich direkt vor dem Hotel befindet, nur eine Station von den Universal Studios Osaka entfernt. Super Aussicht entweder auf den Park oder auf den Kanal.

チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズで、宅配ボックスも部屋まで持って来てくれたり、取りに来てくれたりとサービスも良かった。部屋にカップしかなく(洗面所にコップはあったが) 氷を入れて飲み物を飲むのにカップはなぁと思ってしまった分⭐️を減らしました

Great base for USJ and pretty easy to get into Osaka for everything else, also to head over to Nara for a day trip. Excellent value for money.

客室は清潔でした。スタッフの皆さんの対応、挨拶等とても良かったです。客室のお風呂の床面ににピンクカビがあったのとカビ臭がしたのと3Fのリバーサイドスパの低温の方のお風呂の湯量が少なくて閉館間際に急にお湯が出ましたが、あれがもっと早いタイミングで出てくれると更に良い滞在になったと思います。

Excellent location and views, bar the works on the promenade, spacious rooms, excellent gym, hearty breakfast. Shame we didn’t manage to use the spa facilities. Would be nice to have some sake accompany the good dinner buffet at the restaurant.

ユニバーサルシティ駅から一駅で近く、桜島駅の目の前にあるホテルで便利でした。近くにセブンやローソンもあるし3階に大浴場があり快適に過ごせました。 また機会があれば利用したいです。

The hotel was gorgeous. The room was huge. We didn’t eat here for breakfast, but we did have the buffet dinner which was delicious. This is definitely a more premium hotel and the restaurant prices reflected this but there is a 7-11 next door for cheaper options. It was walking distance to Universal Studios which is why we chose this hotel and the train station is conveniently across the street.
