It was a great stay! Friendly and attentive front desk. I was sick and asked for a clinic nearby, the staff (Jake) gave me a pack of lozenges for my sore throat and cough and fever medicine! Amazing customer service!

Highly recommend this hotel. Location is very convenient, walking distance to Dotombori, Kuromon market, shinsaibashi shopping outlet, DAIMARU mall and Parco building. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Quiet area at night. Having a kitchen in the unit is plus plus.

Modern but authentic cultural feel; clean and spacious rooms; 24H convenience store right next door full of delicious traditional snacks/meals; no on-site parking but plenty of 24H parking lots around. Great enjoyable stay here with lots of space for a family of 4, very friendly and helpful staff and Lawsons just downstairs and a larger supermarket 2 minutes walk away. We love Mimaru and will come back to stay in the Mimaru hotels always

We had an amazing stay with my family. Jake checked us in and is one of the friendliest and most helpful receptionist we have had. Location is fantastic - a little off the main streets but just a short walk from the main tourist area. The room was very spacious and filled with amenities. We would definitely come back again!
