we had a room for 4--this was a bit tight, but manageable. The pictures showed the rooms that had hot tubs--but ours did not have one. Despite this, the bathroom having tub and shower with separate toilet in a separate room was great. Kitchen with full fridge/freezer was also great for managing drinks and late-night snacks! Great location.

The hotel is close to the train station and clean. Check in is not the smoothest but not very hard neither. Room is small. We booked a room for 4 people but only 3 sets of dishes/cups and such were provided. Garbage cans are of decent size except no extra bags provided. Upon request, we did receive an extra. Overall, it's a great value for its location. We will probably use it again in the future.

Being able to rent an entire apartment was a life saver for traveling with a family. The rooms were spacious (especially for Japan.) I liked the area it was in and it was nearby to trains to get to Universal.
