Great service! The room was a little small but it was perfect for sleep if you will be out in the city sight seeing and only sleeping at the hotel it’s perfect. I lived the pj that were given so everyone in the hotel wore them plus the onsen was great . Staff was great the cleaning staff was also great . Highly recommend

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Even though the area was sparse with shopping and restaurants we enjoyed what was in the area. The one small negative was the restaurant but the food was good enough.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and usually, they are great. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is clean and nice. Transportation to umeda is convenient; they have shuttle bus every 20 minute ish with time table posted. Everything is usually on point except during my last visit, room smelled pretty bad. Very nice but small room. We had a good view of the river. Nice breakfast and restaurant meals. A very Japanese experience. Front desk is very accommodating. Recommend highly.

Excellent location for business stay.

Great place for an extended business trip. Was here for 2 weeks. Room was a bit small, but that's normal for Osaka. The lounge was excellent, both for working and for relaxing in the evening. Restaurant was good too, though it was too crowded at breakfast. Hotel very handily placed, 5 mins walk from the metro.

Very nice and elegant hotel. Very nice onsen. Clean room and generally very clean hotel. The staff at the receptions was very kind and extremely helpful in many circumstances. In particular, when we needed a doctor, they helped to organise a visit at a clinic, it would have been very difficult without them. Free shuttle service to Osaka station is very convenient. I very much recommend a stay in this hotel.
