This hotel is just far enough from shopping and eating areas to be relatively quiet, but close enough that running out at night is easy and quick to get to a more exciting area. Rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette and small desk for getting ready. Great location and solid amenities. Included breakfast is simple but gets the job done.

All the staff were super nice and helpful - the check-in and out processes were very smooth, and the hotel is located in a very convenient area. It is less than 10 minutes' walk from the closest station, and several convenience stores are nearby. It doesn't take too long by foot to get to Namba Walk and Dotonbori area, so if you are willing to walk, you will save transportation fees. The room was very clean and spacious, but it was a bit dry since it was the Winter season. I would love to stay here again!

ワンルームマンションみたいで、シンクも電子レンジもIHもあり（電子レンジは使いました）、部屋も広くて、ベットも快適長年経営してたら多少の取れない汚れもあるけど、それはそれでいいと思う。朝食も部屋で食べることできたので嬉しかったです、スタッフの方はとても親切でした。ありがとうございました

I couldn't sleep at all.

아주 친절하게 맞아주셨고 10층 고층 방으로 준비해주어 감사했습니다. 시설은 굉장히 오래됐지만 깨끗하게 관리하는 노력도 보였습니다. 오래돼서 나는 카펫 냄새, 설비의 악취도 겨우 참을 수는 있었습니다. 후각은 무뎌지니까. 근데 도로의 소음은, 새벽 3~4시가 되어도 나는 차량의 굉음은, 모든 숙박시설에서 생전처음 겪는 최악의 경험이었습니다. 노이즈캔슬링 이어폰을 끼고도 총1시간 깜빡 잠들었다가 깨었을 지경. 좀 더 늦게 체크아웃해도 되는데 이미 잠이 깼고 빨리 탈출하고싶어서 1박뿐인데도 새벽4:45에 공항행 첫 열차 타러 나왔어요.

난바역과 가까운 편이고, 숙소 바로 앞 편의점 및 드럭스토어가 있어서 기념품과 간식을 사기 너무 좋았어요. 그리고 일본 숙소는 많이 좁다고 들었는데, 니신 난바 인은 캐리어 펼치 수 있을만큼 답답하지 않고 넓은 편인 것 같아요! 직원들도 친절하고 위치도 훌륭했습니다. 가격도 저렴하고 추천합니다~
