Amazing location! Views for days, located at the Kobe port and close to city loop bus. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the bus station which is nice. Restaurant, shopping and harbour front close by. The room was huge for Japanese standards but a little dated.

Room was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable but Pillows were not comfortable. Carpets throughout were dirty and especially the elevator carpets. You can’t wear shoes anywhere in the hotel so it wasn’t pleasant walking around dirty flooring. The shoe locker area had “curtains” that you had to walk through that were very dirty. Unfortunately I didn’t think the price was worth it.
