The property itself is old, it needs to be fully renovated, the ventilation system is partially working. There is no way to set the temperature. The washrooms fan did not work. The Internet Access Point sometimes is asking to reconnect through. The staff, instead, is excellent, friendly and always available to satisfy every customer needs.

We were charged extra in expedia for breakfast included, but the hotel only included breakfast for half the nights. I contacted the hotel and they did not even answer. The room was clean, and the hotel very elegant and spacious.

KD-Osaka

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities and more. Loved the shuttle bus service to and from the Osaka station. Room was quite spacious but you get what you pay for. Loved our stay here. Friendly staff.

I would stay here again. Room was in an excellent condition, had everything we needed. Must have gone through some renovation. Dining options were fantastic, loved their breakfast option. Hotel gym was very nice, new and clean.

Beautiful and comfortable room

Our room was big, bright, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is connected to a metro station and have a shutle bus to Osaka train station.
