The cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! They steam-cleaned carpets every guest checkouts, deodorises the room and changes linens everyday and provides all hotel amenities daily. They are accessible, breakfast is sumptuous, staff are courteous, love how they also provide unlimited coffee and refreshment during your stay! We’ll always stay at this hotel whenever in Osaka!

The staff was so friendly, and cleaned the room everyday. Even refilled each room with new water each day which was amazing! The area is little far from subway station, but it is in middle of four subway stations. So you can choose where to walk to.

Highly Recommended Hotel!!! Location is close to everything. Lots of food options around the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is really good. Rooms are well kept. Staff are friendly and nice. They are able to accomodate our 6 rooms to be on the same floor!!!
