The location and the room size stood out for me the most. As well as the staff, they were helpful and accommodating especially when we wanted to do luggage forwarding to Tokyo. They explained things well and they made sure they got all our info right without rushing us. I also like the foyer of the hotel, they had the weighing scale out in the foyer for guests to use. Overall, I would definitely book with them again :)

This place is good. What really makes this hotel great is the location. Everything is close by and easy to get to. The room is small and simple, but very clean and comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. It’s true that the amenities are limited, but it’s perfect if you just need a place to rest after exploring the city all day. They always had extra towels available, and the place was kept very tidy. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay in a great area!

The hotel was very clean and quite spacious. The location is good as it's walking distances to most tourist, shopping and places to eat. The only thing I would say is if the hotel is busy the elevators can take very long.

Booked a 2-bed Smoking room by accident, the Hallways smelled but the room was good. Room had a air purifier which was a big help. The room was a good size, especially with all the luggage we had. Staff at front desk were Helpful and friendly. Overall good stay and would book again.

We chose this hotel because of its convenience to Dotonburi, so nice to walk a few blocks and be in the midst of bustling activities. We only got breakfast 1 of the mornings, and suggest booking it in advance. It's a bit of hassle to find a place to get breakfast. Very close to the metro station, lots of restaurants around. Highly recommend!
