Great location, very clean and spacious rooms, helpful and polite staff. The hotel is located right on the Shinsaibashi area which was super conviennent. The hotel also offered a rooftop lounge area that only guests could access and had free all-day coffee and snacks - a perk we took advantage of after too much shopping.

We all agreed was our favorite hotel of our entire Japan trip. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well designed. The views from our room, the restaurants, lounge and reception were all breathtaking! The location with direct access to the station was fabulous!! We would definitely stay here again.

Very close to subway station and Shinsaibashi shopping centre. Convenient location! Good quality of amenities and nice staff. The lounge service is very good as well. The only thing to complain is that the water drained very slow in the sink and bathtub.

As it’s only just opened, we had high hopes and it lived up to them; great staff, amazing views and fresh clean rooms. Accessed directly from the subway of the metro (look for quartz building entrance), it’s convenient for central shops.

We have nothing but good things to say about this property. From penthouse style hotel lobby, to five star equivalent hardware and amenities, the property is located at the heart of Osaka with direct access to the subway line. Our experience was excellent.

The hotel is great, amazing views and the staff were mostly very polite and kind. There was one man around 4pm at the front desk who was quite rude. This surprised me as it was the first time in Japan someone behaved that way. He insisted on serving a Japanese man behind me in line and was very dismissive. It’s a shame as otherwise it was a good experience. I guess he didn’t like Americans.
