Always a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable, patient and kind. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is also excellent. It has a great view of ten-shiba and is a 5 minute walk from Tennoji Station.

Stay in perfect location

We highly recommend this hotel! The location was perfect. Very close to Haruka 300, Tennoji Park, Shinsekai, and many great restaurants. Also, every employee was so kind and helpful. The only downside was that no complimentary water was provided.

I prefer staying in the Tennoji after flying to Osaka because it's not difficult to get there from the airport but still in the main part of the city. Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel

Clean hotel in a nice area, close to transit and generally enjoyed the stay. The lobby was interesting as it was elevated on the 7th floor with nice views of the city.

Great stay in Tennoji, Osaka area.

Great stay in Osaka. Rooms were clean and roomy for a solo traveler. Great transportation options as a base. Near Tennoji station, direct trains to Kansai Airport, Osaka metro lines. Tennoji area has multiple shopping and dinning options attached to the train stations. The hotel is on the upper levels with Donki taking the lower levels of the building. Very convenient for purchasing last minute items.

Hotel stands out in location but lake of Unit of Area- however, the bathroom area is big and cozy. Plenty shopping centers/ tarin station -all in walking distance. Famous discount store “Don Quijote”is right under the lower levels in the same building- perfect for lazy travelers like me

Great value hotel near Tennoji Station

Tremendous value in this hotel. While inexpensive, the hotel is clean, modern and the rooms while small, are fresh and clean. Indluded breakfast was a bonus and was great as well. Our only problem was finding this hotel. In spite of the close-in map location from Hotels.com we probably walked by it, turned around and went down another street only to find we'd been at it all along. Trick to this is not to look for 'JR West Group...' but just 'Via Inn Abeno Tennoji'. The signage at on the side of the building is high enough it's hard to see, and the entrance at street level is subdued and is alongside what I think was medical facility. Reception lobby is on the 7th floor. Pictures of the upper and street signage are attached to help others in the future.
