The room was nice but not very homely compared to the other places I stayed. Staff were friendly but again had better experience at the other hotels I stayed in

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Above a great supermarket and within walking distance of metro line and not far from Dotonbori area. We found the common areas a bit sterile and the check in was not the smoothest. Worse thing was the carpet in the room was stained in a few spots.

Convenient location that's at the edge of the busy Shinsaibashi area. 24hr Aeon food mall at level 1 offers late night snacks and food options. Hotel is standard business hotel and provides the necessary.
