不愉快・時間の無駄の連絡

無人式のホテルです。 2件のホテルを予約しました。 キーボックスがあるホテルでチェックイン方法が当日までなかったので、 ホテルドットコムへ電話しました。 1件はすぐにスタッフの方が対応してくれたのでホテルからSNSが来ましたので宿泊できました。 その際に翌日のホテルも同じキーボックスタイプの別のホテルなので不安に思いスタッフの方にお願いすると、 電話しましたが繋がらないとで、メールを送ってみて欲しいと言われました。 当日返信がないので何度も送りましたがやはり返信がありません。 観光中にホテルドットコムへ何度も電話しましたが面倒でした。 ホテル側の手落ちなのでキャンセルしてホテルドットコムから他のホテルを予約したいと依頼したのですが、 それは出来ないとのこと。 最終的にはホテルドットコムの管理部からホテル側メールが来て 他のホテルをあてがわれました。 そのメールは日本語の言っている意味がわからなく、 また言って来た住所で調べると地図に出てこないエリアで色々と検索すると、 大通りの向こう側で吉野の家の隣とありましたが吉野家の隣でした。 ホテルドットコムのオペレータの方にメールアドレスが自宅のパソコンにしているから変更して欲しいとお願いすると、 舌打ちされました。 こちらも当日のホテルに困っていたのでそこは気にしないでいましたが、お伝えしたメルアド間違えてあって 30分以内にメールがあると言っているのに一時間以上なくまた電話する羽目になりました。 そうしたらメルアドが違っていたと二度読み合わせしたのに・・です。 やはり日本人スタッフじゃないと駄目なのかと思いました。 今後こういうカードボックス受け取りのホテルは二度と利用しません。 みなさんも快適な旅行を望むのであればお勧めできませんし時間がもったいないです。 今までホテルドットコムはたくさん使っていますが、 今回の件ではがっかりしました。 今後は考えたいと思います。

呆れる対応ぶり

中国人以外は注意！中国語しか話せないスタッフしかいません。

チェックインしようと思ってもスタッフらしき人がおらず30分以上探した。出てきたと思ったら日本語が全くわからない中国人のスタッフ。途中で他の宿泊者が到着し映画や翻訳アプリを駆使してなんとかなったが、結局1時間以上かかった。次の日朝早い飛行機に乗る予定で早く寝るために前泊したが、おかげで寝る時間も遅くなりました。

空港から　電話連絡を取ったが、時間を変えてもつながらなかった。南海本線の最も近い駅から、徒歩10分で　到着することができた。 ローソンの後ろにある民家で、とても便利。これを、目当てに探してくるといい。わざわざ　食料品を　前もって買い込んでいく必要はない。 冷蔵庫は、共同で利用できた。　客室に、テレビはありません。

I was a bit surprised that there was no desk or person to ask for help. There was a shower but no towels except hand towels in our room. Also, check in was until midnight but no showering after 2300? Seems odd. Most people would like a shower after they travel.

So-so

MRT or train is far from hostel so we took the bus. Problem is the bus stop changes. So we had to walk 2km to train station to go around kyoto. Option is to take uber if u have big luggage. Sometimes the shower area smells and isnt kept clean. Slow internet too... consolation is they have friendly staff who will recommend places to go. Pls read details about paying additonal tax charges when you book this!

まず日本じゃないみたいでとても怖く不安。 フロントが無いので、予約してもホテルからのメールが来なかったので部屋番も入室の仕方もわからず、載ってた番号に電話しても日本語通じんし、Expediaに電話したら30分ぐらい対応に時間掛かりました。 クチコミを見ず、値段が安いだけで予約してしまいました。 ホンマに安くてえぇんならお泊まり下さい。

チェックインの仕方がわからない。 口コミにもあった通り、わからない方がたくさんいると思う。 そして、身分証明書を出せと言われスマホで写メを撮ると言われ必死でやめてもらったら、ホテル側の方がスマホで違う方に電話んし始めて問答無用で代わらされて、スマホで身分証明書を撮影させろと怖そうな男性から言われ恐怖を感じた。 日本語は全く通じない。 中国語かな？ チェックイン時、かなり恐怖を覚えた。

23:30頃の出来事。女性一人旅。チェックインに間に合わない為、事前に問い合わせをし、当日約束通りチェックインの10分前に連絡するも連絡取れず、地図を頼りに宿を探せど見つからず。結果宿は地図とは別の場所に所在していた。宿へ誤表示の指摘をしたが、非を認めず。宿にたどり着けず他宿に仕方なく宿泊。差額分の負担をお願いすると、宿の損害代金の請求を逆にされた。
