"Friendly staff, but management’s cost-cutting will be this establishment’s detriment. The rooms receive room service every 3 days, your towels have to be exchanged at the front desk for fresh ones, the only working area of the theme park was the lazy river, pool, and hot tub, which was reportedly yellow. You bring your own towels to the theme park. I always saw the restaurant closed but it opened for breakfast, with the free breakfast consisting of whole boiled eggs, bread for toast, cereal, biscuits, and small cups for apple or orange juice and coffee. Fellow vacationers attempted to file a complaint with management due to issues like the theme park not being open, the laundry room not being open, the hot tub water being yellow, etc but they were told to leave contact info because management was not on the property. I won’t be returning or recommending. "

"I had a really great stay at Duo Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything, which made getting around really easy. What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with excellent service and a fantastic location"

"The first room I was in had packing tape golding the door lock on, the remote didnt work and no mocrowave. I jave a specsil diest and cannot eat out. I was switched to a room on the third floor. Im disabled but they did have an elevator that smelled like urine and i would have to go down three dlights of stairs of there was an emergency. My neighbors had the tv on full blast at 12:30 am, the AC only had 2 setrings. Freezing and sweating. Room was clean nice fridge but overall, I would not stay there again. "

"This was our second time at Club Seville and we’ve truly loved this place! We have stayed in MANY resorts in the area and Seville is at the top of our list on cleanliness and comfort. Everything about the rooms is just great and I get amazing sleep when I’m there!!! We already have reservations for our next trip. "
