"I fought roaches and frogs."

"Room was clean but in extreme need of upgrades. Had a handicap room which was on the 2nd floor, kinda weird, but elevator was available. The handicap shower had the drain outside of the actual shower enclosier. The floor unfortunately wasnt sloped correctly to direct the water to the drain and thus the water spread out over a large portion of the bathroom floor. There was also no shelves in the shower to rest your soap/shampoo etc on. The bathroom itself also had no vanity, so had to squeeze all items onto the back of the toilet or the sink, again very inconvenient for a handicap room. I get it that youre making room in there for a wheelchair, but other accommodations also need to be considered. Our room was also poolside (not by request) and they had very loud music playing until 830pm. I also didnt understand the 4 electrical outlets on the wall that were only inches apart from each other. Also the blue-orange-white paint scheme was rather bizzare. "

"Very disappointing experience at Club Sevilla. We reserved a room that was advertised as having one queen bed and a sofa bed for three people. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not prepared or converted into a bed. I went to the front desk expecting housekeeping to assist, but the staff told me that guests are expected to set up the sofa bed themselves. I have stayed in many hotels and resorts and have never experienced such poor hospitality. The hotel displays signs offering guests a $100 credit in exchange for writing a 5-star review. This raises serious concerns about the authenticity of their online ratings. In my opinion, this practice is misleading to future customers because the reviews may be financially incentivized rather than genuine guest experiences. When I asked them to contact Expedia regarding the issue, they refused and told me I should handle it myself. The room itself was also poorly equipped. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash provided, only basic soap and towels. This is far below what anyone would expect from a place calling itself a “resort.” The furniture and property also appeared worn down and not well maintained. Overall, the service, cleanliness standards, and attitude of the staff made this a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend Club Sevilla to anyone looking for a comfortable, professional or welcoming experience"

"if you like to be up late past 10 this is not the best place for you , you can’t be in the kitchen 😂, in the pool, no living room basically if you wanna breath this is not the best option, make sure you book a room that as a parking spot if not your walking at least 15 mins if not more IF YOU DONT NOT LIKE TO WALK THIS IS NOT A PLACE DOR YOUUUU easily 15 rooms in the house so if you wanna be by your self also don’t book this other than that our stay was pretty good"
