"The room was clean minus some broken blinds and what looked like someone kicked the cabinet to shut it. The property is older could use some curb appeal, we didn't connect to the wifi.. Parking was free... Beds were hard and not enough pillows. Good enough for what we needed staff was very helpful"

"The outside is re painted n nice and bright however where you walk at is very dull also kids area needs a new paint job. Small crackers n homes n room I understand it's old however at least put a lil recovery makeup on it to make it look Better. My ac was working at first but off n on but then it kicked in . I like the free water park n free Parking n the contential breakfast was ok just wishing it had a little bit more variety. I like the free transportation for people for parks but leaving at 6 is crazy especially if they are waiting for fireworks at Disney. Other than the few minor things that can make a difference the hotel was ok . Decent location "

"Horrible management, Roaches in room. Sign in sheet for limited towels and toilet paper only given to name who register. No WIFI at all. Claimed it was not working, I paid for two homeless but clean people to stay there for a month I had no idea how bad this place was otherwise I would have looked elsewhere Shame on Hotels.com or any other site that advertised this facility."

"Absolutely misleading, this is not somewhere anyone wants to stay. It is a dorm room with shared kitchen and no furniture in bed room space. DO NOT RESERVE!!! Stains on carpets and no parking. There was no comfort at all. I cried when I realized this was the location I booked. Completely misleading and they should be sued for false advertisement."

"The front desk receptionist on check in was awesome. The grounds seemed to be maintained properly. The water in the shower was another story. Smelled like sewage water. We were only staying over one night but I couldn't take a shower in that water and feel safe. The neighborhood it's located in seemed like it was an old motel 6 that was bought and some cheap pictures hung on the wall. You can hear other guests in the rooms next door. The door had a 1/2" gap in the frame where you could see the light from outside."
