“If you book this hotel you must know that reception it’s on the fourth floor when you arrive; what I didn’t like is that in the restaurant the personnel do not speak English, they should have more personnel that speaks English, nice views to the city and the personal was helpful”

“まずホテルズ.comのホステル地図がとんでもなく間違っていて、さらにホステルの外面にはそれを示すプレートや看板など何もないし受付もなく、見つけるのは超困難だった。 Wifiが故障だから系列のホステルに行ってくれ、というのも怪しかった。 ホステルの女主人が、ホテルズ.com が私に支払い済の部屋代を返金すると言っているから、現金で払って欲しい、というのもウソっぽかった。 返金の件でホテルズ.com と5時間余り交渉中はWifiが繋がっていたのに、結局泊まることになった後、Wifiは不通になった。 夜10時前に戻ったら門扉がロックされており、扉をどんどん叩いて呼んでも誰も出て来なかった。 部屋代¥2,500円はどう控えめに見ても高すぎる。 近辺の数軒と比べても¥1,000円以下が妥当な価格だと思う。”
