"I can’t say enough about the helpful staff. They helped with my heavy luggage all the way up to the apartment and down again when I went to leave. Not having an elevator was going to be a problem but the ladies carried almost for me."

Things that can be better: there are ants - only a few but noticable. The room is on 4th floor - do not book it if you have luggage. ..."
