Location excellent for accessing harbour are. Spacious living area and kitchen area well designed. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful over an issue with a window that would not open. We stayed during a period of very hot weather where this made it very uncomfortable for one of our party. Bedrooms were quite small and this was not indicated in the online information.

Great location near train station. When coming by train, simply walk down platform 3/4 and take the lift to Acrobat Bridge. From here there is a walkway on the left that avoids all the stairs which are a pain with cases. The office is 20m to the right.

Everything about these apartments was great, from smooth and professional check-in, to luggage storage, to cleanliness and value for money. Would definitely stay again. Given the full kitchen amenities, it would have been nice to have some basic kitchen supplies (e.g. oil, salt) but apart from that, I couldn't fault it. Thank you Vander!

We chose this place because we are a family of four and needed space and enough beds for everyone, which is hard to find in Norway. The bedrooms were tight, but the beds relatively comfortable and the kitchen and sitting room allowed us to spread out. I would recommend a few amenities added that are sort of basic, like a roll of paper towels and more than one roll of toilet paper. Blackout curtains or shades in the bedrooms would be nice during the summer as well. Appreciate it having a washing machine, Overall, it is in a good location near a grocery store, lots of shops, museums and restaurants, and walkable to the city center and train station. **Just fyi, Google Maps will get you lost trying to find the check in location. We wandered around the building twice and it took us down a shady street before we found it. A sign about the entrance on the other side of the building would be really helpful.

The apartments are in a fantastic location and were very clean and well appointed. We could walk to the harbor in about 10 minutes and grabbing a bus was very easy! The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The check in process was not smooth. The office staff seemed disorganized and could not find a key to one of our rooms. Looks like they need to put a processes in place behind the scenes, and train staff to communicate with guests while working through any issues. At one point the employee helping us left the building for 5-10 minutes and we weren’t sure why. That same employee told us we did not request parking in advance- which we had. Fortunately, another employee stepped in letting us know that there were spots available, so it turned out to be a moot point. The parking was not easy as the map to the garage needs to be replaced with clear directions, especially for the lower level. Also a heads up for how tight and challenging it is to get to the lower level would be helpful. We would definitely stay here again, and this place would be great if the front office put in better check in processes and communication protocols.
