Hotel is close to terminal. About a 10 minute walk. Hotel is ver presentable. Good bar and restaurant. Heated bathroom floors a plus. Very clean. I stayed here two weeks ago and had a small twin bed and it was very uncomfortable. This time I asked for a king bed and it was so comfortable. Restaurant food for dinner was very good. Stay here if you’re changing planes and want to be close to the airport. Otherwise stay in the city center.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times as it is conveniently located very close to OSL. They have a serious issue with cleaning that they apparently do not take seriously. Every time I have stayed at the hotel I have let them know about the issues. However they don’t step up their game. Will not stay here again. Other ok options close (Blue) and close by with shuttle .

Not so happy about the climate control. I enquired and told that the customer had no control over it. Room was stuffy and unfmcomfortabke. Some sockets did nit work. Generally not impressed. Shall return to Accor and IHG as they are better value and nicer rooms. Overall a bit disappointed. Funky effort but not that practicable. Poor lighting in room. Leaking shower. Not confident staff. Kitchen meal was OK but nothing special.

Pricey & Could Use More Staff

The hotel here was fine. The room was clean and it's your standard airport hotel. The problem for me was that I booked it because it was basically connected to the terminal. I came in late, and had an early connection the next day. I decided it was worth paying the pretty high price tag compared to other hotels in the area because of the convenience I'd get, and the time I'd save by not having to wait for a shuttle, etc... Well.. That didn't really pan out. In the end, I arrived and none of their self service kiosks were working, and there was about 25 people lined up to check in and only 1 agent... It took over an hour to check in and by the time I got to my room I had wasted all the time and more that I was trying to save by not waiting for a shuttle from another hotel. So, I would not pay over $200 for this property again. I'd just save the money and book one of the off airport hotels. You'll probably get to your room faster anyway. So, the hotel itself was fine, the price and experience dealing with checking in was not.
